Our Place and Juvo Jobs, two tech-enabled startups in the Metro Atlanta area, are teaming up to bring new job opportunities to the disability community.
The two companies just announced a new partnership that will create a dedicated Employment Resource Hub, a single platform for families looking for employment information for their family members with disabilities, connect with employers and job coaches, and get access to Juvo Jobs’ local job-matching platform.

Growing up with two siblings who have disabilities, Megan Cortjens saw the struggle her parents went through trying to find services. So she created Our Place, which helps connect families like hers to organizations that are out there to help.

In many cases a family may not have a sence of direction or a grasp of knowing where to turn to find answers about caregiving and what services may be availble. Motivated by personal experience with special needs siblings, Cortjens aims to enhance accessibility to vital resources for families nationwide.
